Valentine’s Day Color by Number
Rachel from Fifth is my Jam says Valentine’s Day is one of her favorite days of the school year. While her students don’t necessarily love passing out cards, they do love candy. One of her favorite things to pair with candy (and other goodies) are these Valentine color by number sheets, which make perfect Valentine’s Day activities for upper elementary. Allow your students to practice working with fractions and division while also coloring to relax. These sheets always offer her students plenty of discussion, collaboration, and the ability to feel like they have free time . . . even though they’re working. Instead of candy, she might mix it up with a box of crayons! Head over to the blog to learn more about having your students solve problems while also enjoying a little downtime with art at Fifth is my Jam!
